HeartWay Medical-B (06609.HK): Jiang Xue Appointed Chairperson of Supervisory Committee

HeartCare (06609) announced that the company held an employee representative meeting on July 25, 2025, and elected Mr. Liu Hongbao as the employee representative supervisor of the second session of the Supervisory Committee.

On the same day, Mr. Liu Baiwei resigned from his position as a supervisor of the company due to personal work arrangements and will no longer serve as the employee representative supervisor or the chairman of the Supervisory Committee.

In addition, Ms. Jiang Xue has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Second Supervisory Committee, effective from July 25, 2025, until the term of the Second Supervisory Committee expires.
