Deep Potential and Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library Sign Strategic Cooperation Memorandum to Advance AI for Science

This collaboration is based on the university-level strategic agreement signed in June 2025 between Shanghai Jiao Tong University and DP Technology. It focuses on four core areas: the Open Bohr Science Navigation Platform, the Intelligent Academic Achievement Analysis System, the deep integration of AI4S tools, and the co-construction of a discipline knowledge base. The aim is to accelerate the development of the "Shanghai Jiao Tong University Super Research Platform." The memorandum focuses on optimizing literature resource services., the integration of intelligent academic tools, and the co-construction of disciplinary knowledge bases. By combining the academic resources of Shanghai Jiao Tong University with the AI technical capabilities of DP Technology, a new generation of intelligent research support system will be created.

Cheng Jinhua pointed out, "The collaboration with DP Technology is a crucial step for the library's transformation into a 'smart knowledge innovation platform.' By empowering academic resource services through AI technology, we will provide stronger research support for SJTU’s efforts to build a world-class university." Sun Weijie stated, "SJTU's profound academic foundation and cutting-edge research needs represent the ideal scenario for implementing AI4S technology. Together, we will explore paradigm shifts in AI-driven scientific research innovation." Both parties expressed their intention to establish a dedicated working group to advance the implementation of the partnership, strictly adhering to data security and intellectual property protection clauses while jointly fostering a secure, open, and efficient academic service ecosystem.

DP Technology is a leading enterprise in the "AI for Science" field, focusing on artificial intelligence and multi-scale simulation algorithms to build micro-scale R&D infrastructure for key industries such as biomedicine, energy, and materials.
