August 5, 2025XtalPiWith DoveTree(A company established by Gregory Verdine, a legendary entrepreneur and investor in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry)XtalPi and DoveTree LLC have reached a collaboration to utilize the former's "AI + robotics" end-to-end AI-driven drug discovery platform for the discovery and development of small molecule and antibody candidate drugs targeting multiple key areas selected by the latter, primarily in oncology, autoimmune diseases, CNS, and metabolism.

Currently, XtalPiHave received the final agreement as stipulatedAn upfront payment of $51 million.Subject to the terms of the final agreement, XtalPiEntitled to receive a further payment of $49 million,And is eligible to receive an amount up to$5.89 billionPotential regulatory and commercial milestone payments, as well as potential single-digit percentage royalties based on the product's annual net sales.
In fact, as early as June 23, 2025,XtalPiSigned a multi-billion-dollar pipeline licensing letter of intent with DoveTree. Based on the upfront payment amount, this transaction should be a follow-up to that deal.
