XtalPi Secures $5.99 Billion AI-Driven Drug Discovery Deal with DoveTree

On August 5, XtalPi announced a collaboration with Dovetree to leverage the company's AI+RobotPlatform to Discover and Develop Small Molecule and Antibody Drugs for Multiple Targets Selected by Dovetree in Oncology, Autoimmunity, CNS, and Metabolic Fields. According to the agreement, Dovetree will pay a $51 million upfront payment, a $49 million additional payment, up to $5.89 billion in milestone payments, and single-digit percentage royalties on sales, bringing the total value of the collaboration to $5.99 billion. In June this year, XtalPi announced its intention to collaborate with Dovetree, and now the final cooperation agreement has been confirmed.

XtalPi positions itself as an innovative R&D enterprise based on quantum physics, empowered by artificial intelligence, and driven by robotics, focusing on the application and transformation in the fields of innovative drugs and new materials.
