August 5,Zhangjiang Science City Company XtalPiXtalPi Announces Pipeline Collaboration with DoveTree for Total Orders Approximately HKD 47 Billion (USD 5.99 Billion), Receiving Initial Payment of Approximately HKD 400 Million (USD 51 Million). Under the agreement terms, XtalPi and DoveTree have entered into a collaboration on multiple innovative preclinical-stage biologics and small-molecule drug assets. They will also develop new drugs targeting a series of DoveTree-specified targets, with DoveTree granted exclusive global development and commercialization rights to the related drugs. In return, apart from the initial payment, XtalPi is entitled to further payments of approximately HKD 385 million (USD 49 million) as well as potential milestone payments and sales royalties amounting to approximately HKD 46.2 billion (USD 5.89 billion).

Recently,Zhangjiang Science City Company MethuselahAnnounced the completion of a Series B+ financing round exceeding 100 million yuan. This round of financing was jointly led by industrial investors Bailian Commerce Investment and Bailian Zhigao, with existing shareholders Hony Capital and H&Z Capital continuing to increase their investments. WinX Capital continued to serve as the exclusive financial advisor.

The successful completion of this round of financing marks the company's continued advancement in the field of medical nutrition.
