DoveTree will obtain the exclusive global development and commercialization rights for the above products.
The announcement states that the group has received the first payment of 51 million US dollars as agreed in the agreement. Subject to the terms of the final agreement, it is entitled to receive a further payment of 49 million US dollars and is eligible for potential regulatory and commercial milestone payments amounting to 5.89 billion US dollars, as well as potential royalties in the single-digit percentage based on the product's annual net sales.
