Medtronic Executives See Significant Pay Increase

CEO Jeff Masa: Total compensation for the 2025 fiscal year is $23.3 million (a 16% year-over-year increase), including a salary of $1.4 million, stock awards of $14.7 million, etc.; other compensation includes $287,000 for corporate aircraft usage, etc.
