DP Technology Joins as Founding AI for Science Partner in State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's Open-Source AI Platform 'Huanxin Community'

Currently, the "Huanxin Community" can already provide the industry with six core functions: "computing power, models, data, domestically produced, scenarios, and special zones."

For example, in terms of computing power, the "Refresh Community" has gathered more than 2,000 cards of domestically produced computing resources from three telecom operators; in terms of models, it has amassed 274 open-source models and 10 closed-source technical models, including 78 large industry models developed by central state-owned enterprises; in terms of data, it has collected five types of general datasets—text, images, video, audio, and multimodal—as well as 13 types of industry datasets covering telecommunications, petrochemicals, energy and electricity, military industry, agriculture, finance, etc., with a total of over 160 high-quality datasets.

At the same time, in terms of scenarios, the "Renewed Community" has opened up a total of 40 strategically high-value AI scenarios from 16 industries, providing excellent experience references for the industry.In these high-value scenarios, the application of AI for Science in materials research and development has attracted significant attention, such as CNPC's high-performance synthetic rubber materials research. This is an important direction in the exploration of artificial intelligence by central state-owned enterprises in China.

As early as February 19 this year, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council convened a meeting to further deploy the "AI+" special action for central enterprises. At the meeting, the implementation key points of the "AI+" special action for state-owned central enterprises were released, and the special work for constructing strategic high-value scenarios was launched. It is reported that SASAC has currently selected the first batch of 40 scenarios with strong strategic significance, high economic benefits, and close ties to people's livelihood. These scenarios cover 16 key areas including energy and power, industrial manufacturing, medical and pharmaceuticals, information and communications, and smart agriculture.

In addition, the "Renewed Community" will also host 11 AI competitions, including the "Renewed Cup" AI+ Application Innovation Competition jointly organized by national central enterprises.
