On August 15, gene therapy companyKriya Therapeutics' latest filing with the SEC shows a $313 million financing round completed, following the company’s previous $430 million Series C financing.Since its establishment in October 2019, Kriya has raised more than $900 million in financing (including an undisclosed seed round, an $80 million Series A round, and a $100 million Series B round).
