According to the Zhishang Finance APP, Hansoh Pharma (03692) rose nearly 6% after its earnings report. As of press time, it was up 5.67%, trading at HK$39.16, with a turnover of HK$176 million.
In terms of news, Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited announced its interim results. The group achieved revenue of RMB 7.434 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 14.27%; profit attributable to owners of the parent company amounted to RMB 3.135 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 15.02%; earnings per share were RMB 0.53, and an interim dividend of HKD 0.2316 per share is proposed. The company generated sales revenue from seven innovative drugs produced in China. In the first half of 2025, revenue from innovative drugs and collaborative products reached approximately RMB 6.145 billion, accounting for about 82.7% of total revenue.
Notably, in June this year, Hansoh Pharma announced that it had granted Regeneron an exclusive overseas license for HS-20094, a GLP-1/GIP dual receptor agonist, with a potential total amount exceeding $2 billion. In its financial report, Hansoh Pharma mentioned that related clinical studies have administered the drug to over 1,000 subjects so far. Currently, HS-20094 is actively advancing in Phase III clinical trials for obesity or overweight, and the company has already received an upfront payment of $80 million in July.
