High Oxygen Permeability Silicone
The high oxygen permeability silicone material developed by Youshi Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd achieves material properties such as high oxygen permeability, high porosity, and large specific surface area through extensive structural and process innovations based on traditional silicone. It also exhibits excellent biocompatibility.
As an implant-grade product material, it is widely used in biomedicine fields such as ophthalmology. Longmu Medical stated that, taking this shortlisting as an opportunity, it will further increase R&D efforts, promote the technical optimization and industrialization of materials such as high oxygen permeability silicone oxane, benefiting more patients.

Haiwang Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
Block Polyether Amide Resin
Haiwang Medical Leads the Breakthrough in Block Polyether Amide Resin (PEBA Material), Widely Used in the Manufacturing of Medical Interventional Catheter Sheaths. However, this material has long been monopolized by foreign countries, with technological gaps in polymerization processes and modification technologies hindering its domestic production in China. By forming an innovative consortium, Haiwang Medical collaborates with upstream and downstream partners in joint R&D, aiming to achieve the first breakthrough in the domestic production of medical-grade PEBA in China.
The project's implementation will break the reliance on imports, reduce costs by 30%, and ensure supply chain security. HAIWANG Medical emphasized that forming an innovative consortium to create a "research-development-production-application" closed loop will effectively promote the upgrading of China’s high-end medical materials, helping it transform from a "follower" to a "key innovation hub."

Youshi Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd
Zirconium Niobium Alloy
Youshi Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Nanchang University, and other institutions, has successfully overcome the key technological challenges in the production of zirconium-niobium alloy artificial joints. The new zirconium-niobium alloy artificial joint (commonly known as the "Black Crystal Joint") combines the excellent mechanical properties of metal materials, an elastic modulus close to that of human bone, and the smoothness and wear resistance of ceramics, while also offering ideal biocompatibility, low allergenicity, and no cytotoxicity. Compared to imported products, the cost is significantly reduced.
The project is about to advance into clinical research and regulatory submission, accelerating the market launch of China-produced "Black Crystal Joints" while expanding into the global market through international channels, thereby enhancing the international competitiveness of China's high-end artificial joints.

The inclusion of these three enterprises in the national-level list demonstrates the innovative vitality and positive momentum of industrial development among Medpark companies in the field of biomedical materials. As the main hub for the development of medical devices and the healthcare industry in Suzhou New District, in recent years, Medpark has focused on areas such as biomedical materials, medical imaging, in vitro diagnostics, and medical robotics, striving to build a comprehensive industrial innovation ecosystem.
