On September 4, the "CIIE Goes to China Resources" event, jointly organized by the CIIE Bureau, the International Cooperation Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), China Resources Group, and the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), and co-organized by China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial and the Intellectual Property Company under China Resources Modern Services, was held in Huizhou. Ge Hong, Deputy Director of the CIIE Bureau, and the head of the Legal Compliance Department of the Group attended the event, with relevant colleagues from SASAC also participating. As the second stop after the "CIIE Goes to Central Enterprises" event at CNOOC, this event focused on the theme "Into China Resources, Building a Healthy Future Together," concentrating on the healthcare sector and attracting participation from over 30 world-leading companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and IKEA.
Deputy Director Ge Hong highly affirmed the significant contributions of China Resources Group as a "full-time participant" of the CIIE, and expressed expectations to take this event as an opportunity to further strengthen the ties of cooperation among all parties, promote deeper collaboration between exhibitors and China Resources' related businesses, and jointly attend the golden autumn appointment of the 8th CIIE in Shanghai.
The head of the Group's Legal and Compliance Department stated that China Resources is accelerating the construction of a large health industry ecosystem that integrates the "three chains" of industrial chain, supply chain, and innovation chain. In the next step, it will fully leverage the platform of the CIIE to strengthen open cooperation in the field of healthcare with global partners, jointly contributing to the construction of Healthy China.
At the event, representatives from China Resources Land, China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial, China Resources Sanjiu, China Resources Double-Crane, China Resources Jiangzhong, China Resources Health, and Dong'e Ejiao exchanged experiences and explored cooperation opportunities in scenarios such as pharmaceutical R&D, health logistics, and healthy living environments. They are committed to building a full-chain health ecosystem service system. During the business对接环节, China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial, China Resources Sanjiu, and Dong'e Ejiao introduced their companies' international business progress and import needs. In the subsequent supply-demand matchmaking session, attendees had lively discussions on international business and import cooperation needs in the broader health sector, effectively warming up for the 8th CIIE. During the event, the attendees also visited the China Resources Archives to gain a deeper understanding of China Resources' more than 80 years of development history, further deepening their insights into the internationalization strategy of central enterprises.
The "CIIE Goes to China Resources" event is an important initiative by China Resources Group to implement the national strategy of high-level opening-up and deeply integrate into the CIIE platform. The event successfully continued the "Goes to Central Enterprises" first-stop model, vividly demonstrating the efficacy of the CIIE's "Four Platforms" and building an efficient cooperation bridge between central enterprises and international exhibitors. In the future, China Resources Group will always be guided by "what the country needs, what the industry trends are, and what China Resources excels at," continuously deepening global collaborative innovation and accelerating the construction of a world-class large health industry ecosystem.
