Bowave Pharmaceuticals Announces First Patient Dosed in Phase II Clinical Trial of BW-20507 for Chronic Hepatitis B

On September 8, Argo Biopharma announced that the first patient had been dosed in the Phase II clinical trial of its self-developed new drug BW-20507 for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). In June 2025, this therapy received Phase II clinical trial approval from the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). The Phase II clinical trial will evaluate BW-20507 as a monotherapy and in combination with long-acting interferon.
