Boston, September 10 – Odyssey Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the standard of care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases by developing precision medicines that target the underlying pathology of disease, today announced the completion of a $213 million Series D financing. In addition to the participation of all existing investors, new investors include Affinity Asset Advisors, Dimension Capital, Jeito Capital, Lightspeed Ventures, TPG Life Sciences Innovations (LSI), and Wedbush Healthcare Partners. OD-07656 is an orally administered small molecule RIPK2 inhibitor currently in Phase 1 clinical trials, with indications under development including UC and Crohn's disease. The preclinical pipeline includesOral small molecule IRAK4 inhibitor,OD-00910 is a monospecific tetravalent V-body designed to selectively agonize TNFR2 on Tregs, TSLP/IL-33 bispecific antibody, small molecule NLRP1 inhibitor, and small molecule MDA5 inhibitor.
