On September 9, RaysightMed was invited to attend the 25th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (referred to as "CIFIT") and delivered a keynote speech at the event, introducing its self-developed "Cardio-cerebrovascular AI + Surgical Robot Precision Diagnosis and Treatment Platform," drawing significant attention from global government departments, international investment institutions, medical experts, and industry media with its cutting-edge technological capabilities.

The Investment and Trade Fair is hosted by China's Ministry of Commerce and held annually from September 8th to 11th in Xiamen, China. It aims to build three major platforms: a two-way investment promotion platform, an authoritative information release platform, and an investment trend discussion platform. It is one of the most influential international investment events globally. This year's conference has attracted political and business representatives from approximately 100 countries and regions worldwide, as well as over 50,000 professional merchants, with its scale and influence ranking among the top global economic and trade activities.
RaysightMed Investment Director Hua Feng pointed out in his speech: "AsCardiovascular Functional Diagnostics Leader, RaysightMedBuiltCardiovascular AI + Surgical Robot Precision Diagnosis and Treatment Platform, providedMicrocirculationIMR and Functional StudiesFFRSystem Solutions, covering the entire course of treatment from preoperative evaluation to intraoperative diagnosis and intelligent treatment to postoperative intelligent management, will reshape the new paradigm of future cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment."

The traditional basis for decision-making in coronary heart disease is the degree of stenosis shown by coronary angiography. Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) provides the ratio of blood supply from a narrowed vessel to normal blood supply and is considered the gold standard for assessing whether coronary stenosis causes ischemia. However, stenosis does not equate to ischemia. Studies have confirmed that the degree of coronary lumen stenosis is not consistent with the severity of myocardial ischemia, with such inconsistency being 37.8% in moderately stenosed coronary arteries.
With the "2024 European Guidelines" redefining the clinical criteria for coronary heart disease as a variety of clinical manifestations or syndromes caused by structural and functional abnormalities of the coronary arteries and/or microcirculation, the precise detection of microcirculatory dysfunction and non-obstructive lesions has become a new focus in diagnosis and treatment. Studies have indicated that half of the patients with coronary heart disease experience issues related to microcirculatory dysfunction.
RaysightMed has integrated its self-developedArtificial intelligence, computational fluid dynamics, robotics, and connected sensor chip technology have built the RaysightMed AI + surgical robot precision diagnosis and treatment platform for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, achieving a breakthrough in the aforementioned industry pain points and reshaping the precision diagnosis and treatment model for cardiovascular diseases.
In the preoperative assessment phase, Ruixin-FFR, developed by RaysightMed as the world's first non-invasive CT-FFR product for coronary blood supply function evaluation based on AI and 3D simulation, combines the advantages of non-invasive coronary CT angiography (CCTA) and fractional flow reserve (FFR) technology to precisely evaluate coronary stenosis from both morphological and functional aspects. Integrated with the intelligent coronary CT angiography processing software RuiXin-CoronaryAI, it accurately identifies and locates plaque types. The intelligent calcium scoring system RuiXin-CaScore measures the degree of coronary atherosclerosis, while the vascular surgery planning platform RuiXin-Planner assists in designing surgical plans, reducing surgical risks, significantly decreasing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates, and enhancing diagnostic accuracy.
During the intraoperative diagnosis and treatment process,AngioQFA, a coronary angiography FFR product, has achieved a breakthrough by enabling a one-stop macro FFR + micro IMR assessment of coronary function.. Combined with the fully automatic AI vascular interventional surgical robot, the platform can achieve personalized surgical planning and computer-assisted precise PCI implementation. Additionally,RaysightMed Intracardiac Echocardiography Diagnostic System (ICE)Can be applied in electrophysiology and structural heart surgeries, offering significant value in real-time observation of intracardiac anatomy, guidance for atrial septal puncture, and monitoring of pericardial effusion.
In the postoperative management phase, RaysightMed's Ruixin-FFR can assess the patient's coronary prognosis after surgery and provide personalized rehabilitation plans.
Among them, the comprehensiveness of AngioQFA's functions leads the industry: first, itSupports one-stop FFR+IMR assessment, the results are more comprehensive and accurate; Secondly, AngioQFASupport single-image/multi-image analysis, more flexible and efficient; third, canFully Automatic Measurement and Quantitative Coronary Angiography(Quantitative Coronary Analysis, QCA), operation is smarter and more convenient; meanwhile, AngioQFA featuresFlexible Surgical Planning Function. In terms of accuracy,Compared with the gold standard IMR guidewire, AngioQFA has an accuracy of up to 95%, ranking at the leading level in the industry.。
For patients, AngioQFA is safe and non-invasive, with no interventional procedures, no vascular damage, no use of vasodilator drugs, avoiding contraindications and adverse reactions. For doctors, performing coronary angiography surgeries in the catheter lab for years exposes their bodies to significant radiation. Equipped with an innovative Bluetooth pressure sensor, AngioQFA allows doctors to operate flexibly outside the catheter lab, reducing unnecessary radiation exposure.
From non-invasive microcirculation IMR+ functional FFR assessment to fully automatic AI vascular interventional surgical robots, RaysightMed continues to address clinical pain points through independent technological innovation. With the global debut of its cardiovascular and cerebrovascular AI + surgical robot precision diagnosis and treatment platform at the Investment and Trade Fair, RaysightMed is accelerating its expansion into the new track of precision medicine, injecting innovative momentum into the "Healthy China 2030" strategy.
