TULIP-SC is aPhase 3, multicenter, multinational, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to evaluate in patients receiving standard of care (SOC) In patients with moderate to severe active autoantibody-positive SLE, subcutaneous injectionSaphnelo Efficacy and safety compared to placebo.
Results show that, compared with placebo, Saphnelo subcutaneous injection(SC) TherapySignificantly reduced disease activity, and is clinically significant. The safety observed in the interim analysis is consistent with Saphnelo intravenous (IV)The known clinical characteristics of infusion are consistent.
