Hangzhou Bio-Sincerity Pharma-Tech Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 301096.SZ, hereinafter referred to as "Bio-S") recently signed a letter of intent with Shenzhen XtalPi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XtalPi"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed XtalPi Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2228.HK).

According to the letter of intent, the two parties will cooperate in the following aspects:

One

Bio-S Plans to Commission XtalPi to Utilize Its "AI+Robot"Automation technology is being used to carry out new drug research and development, while XtalPi will entrust Bio-S with pharmaceutical, clinical research, and production registration related work.

Two

The two parties plan to establish a joint venture to leverage AI models for the joint screening, validation, and incubation of innovative drugs based on clinical needs, specific targets, and indications, serving both internal and external customers;

Three

The two parties plan to carry out broader strategic cooperation in various fields, with a focus on developing new drug indications including but not limited to pain, drowsiness, cancer, autoimmune diseases, and ophthalmic conditions.

The relevant transactions under the letter of intent still require further negotiation by both parties and the signing of a legally binding final agreement.
