On October 8, 2026, HSG announced that it had completed, at the end of September, a controlling acquisition of Jiangyin PeierTech Co., Ltd. ("PeierTech") and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Following the transaction, HSG holds about 80% of PeierTech's equity, while the existing management team retains the remaining stake and will continue to run day-to-day operations. HSG will also grant the core management team a market-based equity incentive plan to support the company's continued business growth and accelerate its globalization.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, PeierTech has long focused on medical nitinol materials, precision nitinol components, and precision assembly services. The company provides integrated services to medical device manufacturers worldwide, spanning from nitinol materials and precision components to precision assembly, and offers one-stop solutions covering everything from product development and process validation to large-scale mass production, along with efficient delivery capabilities. It is one of the few leading medical device nitinol suppliers in Asia with such full-chain capabilities.

Drawing on more than two decades of deep technical accumulation in nitinol alloy materials and precision manufacturing, PeierTech has capabilities spanning nitinol material production and preparation, laser machining, heat treatment and shape-setting, surface treatment, and precision assembly, and serves multiple clinical fields including cardiac, neurological, peripheral, gastrointestinal, urological, dental, orthopedic, and sports medicine. Over the years, PeierTech's core team has remained stable, with its engineering, R&D, and production teams working in long-term coordination, accumulating rich experience in materials, processes, and production, and enabling the company to help customers promptly address various issues that may arise during development and mass production. Building on deep service to leading Chinese medical device companies, the company has actively developed multinational medical device customers over the past few years, entering a rapid growth channel and laying a solid foundation for further increasing its share in the global market.

Nitinol alloy is one of the segments of the medical device CDMO industry with high technical barriers and strong downstream demand growth. For the R&D, validation, and large-scale application of interventional and implantable medical devices, the performance of nitinol materials, precision manufacturing processes, quality consistency, and stable delivery capabilities are of great significance. The materials and manufacturing capabilities PeierTech has built over the long term have laid a solid foundation for it to continue serving customer needs across different medical device application fields.
