Former Johnson & Johnson Global Orthopedics Chief Aldo Denti Appointed EVP and CCO at Dentsply Sirona

Dentsply Sirona is one of the largest medical technology companies globally. The company stated that this appointment aims to strengthen its business focus. The company hopes to coordinate its global business units and commercial organizations more closely to streamline its operations and delivery methods.

Mr. Denti has over 25 years of extensive experience and has achieved remarkable success in driving growth in the medical device and consumer health markets. Most recently, he served at Johnson & Johnson Medical Technologies.（Johnson & Johnson Medtech）Chairman of Global Orthopedics Business. Prior to this, Mr. Denti held significant positions at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care. Earlier in his career, he successively assumed various leadership roles in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions for Johnson & Johnson's orthopedics business. Meanwhile, he also took on sales and marketing positions in other enterprises outside of Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Denti's career began at Pfizer, after which he held leadership roles in sales and marketing in Switzerland, the UK, and the US. He then worked at Medtronic and Wright Medical, with professional experience spanning Europe and the United States. Notably, Mr. Denti is fluent in six languages, pursued advanced studies at York University in Toronto, Canada, and completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School.

After this new appointment, Denti will work with Daniel Scavilla（Daniel Scavilla）Reunion. Scavilla joined Dentsply Sirona earlier this year from Globus Medical as President and CEO; the two had previously worked together at Johnson & Johnson.
