Trogenix's leading project in glioblastoma (GBM), one of the most aggressive and treatment-resistant brain cancers, is moving toward clinical trials, with the first patient dosing expected in the first quarter of 2026. Only 25% of GBM patients survive beyond one year, and despite decades of research and significant investment, treatment options remain severely limited. The company’s follow-up program focuses on colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CRCLM). Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer globally, with at least 25% of patients developing CRCLM. In addition to its lead and follow-up programs, Trogenix will also advance its pipeline focused on other aggressive solid cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer.
