Wu Jincheng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Municipal Government, Deputy Secretary of the Pudong New Area Committee, and District Mayor, together with Cheng Peng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Economic and Informatization Work, presented appointment certificates to the entrepreneurs.
