To further implement the Healthy China strategy, accelerate the transformation of pharmaceutical innovation achievements, and promote the coordinated improvement of clinical research and diagnosis and treatment levels in our hospital, on the morning of October 9, our hospital formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengrui Pharma") at the East Campus. Sun Piaoyang, Chairman of Hengrui Pharma, Dai Hongbin, Vice Chairman, Feng Ji, President, Wang Quanren, Vice President, Lü Aifeng, Executive Director and President of Hansoh Pharma, Wang Fuwei, Party Secretary of our hospital, Yu Zujing, Dean, Zhu Changju, Vice Dean, Wan Xiangbo, Academic Vice Dean, and others attended the ceremony. Wang Shoujun, Vice Dean of our hospital, presided over the signing event.

At the ceremony, Wang Fuwei pointed out in his speech that in recent years, our hospital has achieved significant development in the fields of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and services, but there is still vast room for improvement in scientific innovation. This strategic cooperation will fully integrate the resource advantages of both parties, breaking through innovation barriers through a "powerful alliance," injecting new vitality into the hospital's scientific research transformation and discipline development, and ultimately achieving common progress.

Sun Piaoyang, combining the development trends of China's pharmaceuticals industry, introduced the company’s growth journey and innovation strategy. He emphasized that both parties need to accurately identify points of cooperation synergy, providing patients with more high-quality treatment options, and effectively transforming collaborative outcomes into health benefits.

Yu Zujiang comprehensively introduced the advantages of our hospital in development layout, discipline construction, talent梯队, medical technology, scientific research innovation, and achievement transformation, with a particular focus on the progress of clinical research management. He stated that the hospital would take this signing as an opportunity to build an efficient cooperation platform, promote the deep integration of "industry, academia, research, and application," and accelerate the transition of scientific research achievements from the "laboratory" to "clinical practice."

Subsequently, Wang Quanren, Vice President of Hengrui Pharma, reviewed the cooperation foundation between the two parties in pre-marketing research projects; Fu Yingying, Head of Medical Affairs at Hengrui Pharma, outlined the future direction for post-marketing research collaborations, emphasizing that the company will focus on unmet clinical needs and continue to expand its therapeutic area layout. Lü Aifeng, Executive Director and President of Hansoh Pharma, and Zhang Xiangman, Deputy General Manager of Hengrui Pharma, further enriched the content of the cooperation discussions from perspectives such as corporate overview, technological innovation, product pipeline, and medical-engineering transformation.
