Duality Biotherapeutics Enters into ADC Collaboration with Genentech, Securing Over $1 Billion in Potential Milestone Payments

On August 28, DualityBio (09606) announced that on August 27, 2026, the company entered into a collaboration and license agreement with Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, to develop multiple next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) candidates for various oncology indications leveraging its DUPAC platform.

The Company leads drug discovery and early-stage global clinical development. Upon completion of the Phase 1a clinical trial, Genentech obtained an exclusive global license for the relevant ADC, assuming responsibility for subsequent clinical development and commercialization. The Company is eligible to receive a $45 million upfront payment, along with potential development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments totaling over $1 billion. Additionally, the Company retains the right to receive tiered royalties on annual net sales of approved products.
