Under the terms of the agreement, Novo Nordisk will obtain exclusive rights to develop and commercialize zaltenibart for all indications globally. The company is eligible to receive an upfront payment and near-term milestone payments totaling $340 million, with potential development and commercialization milestones bringing the total amount to up to $2.1 billion. Additionally, tiered royalties based on net sales will be included.
