Recently, Nanjingjinsirui Science & Technology Biology Corp. (01548.HK) announced the latest sales figures for Carvykti (Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel) from its affiliated company, Legend Biotech.

According to reports, the sales of Cilta-cel in the third quarter reached 524 million U.S. dollars. Adding the sales of 369 million U.S. dollars in the first quarter and 439 million U.S. dollars in the second quarter, the total sales amount this year has reached 1.332 billion U.S. dollars.

In December 2017, Legend Biotech, a Chinese innovative pharmaceutical company, signed an exclusive global license and collaboration agreement with Johnson & Johnson to develop and commercialize Cilta-cel. Legend Biotech is responsible for market development and commercialization in Greater China, while Johnson & Johnson takes the lead in the rest of the world outside Greater China. The revenue-sharing ratio between Legend Biotech and Johnson & Johnson is 7:3 in Greater China and 5:5 in the rest of the world.
