Hansoh Pharma Licenses Novel CDH17-Targeting ADC HS-20110 to Roche for $80 Million Upfront

On October 17, Hansoh Pharma announced that it had signed a licensing agreement with Roche for HS-20110. HS-20110 is aTargeted CDH17 Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) with a Clinically Validated Topoisomerase Inhibitor (TOPOi) PayloadHansoh Pharma grants Roche the exclusive rights to advance the development and commercialization of HS-20110 worldwide (excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).

According to the agreement, Hansoh Pharma will receive an upfront payment of $80 million and is eligible to receive milestone payments based on the product's development, regulatory approval, and commercialization progress, as well as tiered royalties on future potential product sales.


HS-20110 is a novel ADC composed of a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting cadherin-17 (CDH17) conjugated to a topoisomerase inhibitor (TOPOi) payload through a covalent bond. This therapy demonstrates broad application potential in the field of solid tumors.Currently conducting global Phase 1 clinical trials in China and the United States for the treatment of colorectal cancer and other solid tumors.
