China Securities News (Wang Luo) On the afternoon of October 17, the "Brain-Computer Interface Technology Innovation and Application Strategic Cooperation Conference" was held at Medlander Medical Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Medlander"). More than 40 guests from government, industry, academia, research, medicine, and investment sectors gathered to discuss breakthroughs in brain-computer interface technology, application prospects, and industry trends.

Medlander Chairman Yang Ruijia said at the conference that brain-computer interfaces have been included in the key future industry layout lists of major global economies. In recent years, China's policies have continued to support this field, showing considerable market potential and promising market space. Medlander focuses on three major technological directions: cognitive dysfunction intervention, motor dysfunction rehabilitation, and mental and psychosomatic disease regulation, developing targeted clinical solutions; at the same time, it overcomes key technical bottlenecks through a "dual-drive" approach and collaborates with Rongnao Technology in areas such as product development, data sharing, and clinical applications, jointly promoting innovation and development in the brain-computer interface industry.

Since laying out its sports rehabilitation product line in 2017, Medlander has been the first to break through the core technology of "central-peripheral synergistic closed-loop regulation." Its non-invasive brain-computer interface hand function rehabilitation system has been deployed in over 1,000 hospitals across China. The company actively leads and participates in key research projects such as the development of "multi-modal emotional interaction diagnostic and treatment equipment," collaborating with top institutions like Southeast University and Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital to build a full-chain collaborative innovation system encompassing "basic research - technology development - clinical translation - industrialization." In May this year, the Key Laboratory of Multi-Modal Brain-Computer Precision Drive for Industry and Information Technology, co-established by the company, was officially approved, further strengthening the support of a national-level technology R&D platform. Additionally, as one of the first members of the Jiangsu Province Brain-Computer Interface Industry Alliance, Medlander is deeply involved in the integration of resources within the industry chain in related fields, contributing to the establishment of a collaborative development framework for the sector.

At the conference site, Medlander and Rongnao Technology completed the strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Both parties agreed to take this signing as an opportunity to continuously deepen technical collaboration and resource integration, aiming to become a leading cooperative example in the brain-computer interface rehabilitation field. They strive to create a leading cooperative example in the brain-computer interface rehabilitation field, optimizing medical services through technological innovation and injecting new momentum into the industry.

After the meeting, the attending guests visited and inspected Medlander's brain-computer interface-related technological achievements. They experienced on-site the latest results such as the "Brain-Controlled Hand Training System," "Emotion Interaction Cognitive Therapy System," and "Closed-Loop Neuromodulation System," gaining an intuitive understanding of the clinical value and commercial potential of brain-computer interface technology. Representatives from multiple investment institutions and media outlets stated that Medlander’s technical depth and industrialization progress have exceeded expectations, significantly boosting confidence in the future development of the industry.

Looking ahead, Medlander stated that it will continue to increase R&D investment, improve its product and service systems, expand medical rehabilitation application scenarios, accelerate the development of China's brain-computer interface industry, and contribute corporate strength to "Healthy China."
