Recently,ABLINK Biotechnology Co., Ltd. announced the completion of an angel round of financing worth tens of millions of RMB and on October 17thAt the 2025 China Chengdu Angel Investment Ecosystem Conference with the Lead Investor HTVEOfficially Completed Investment Signing. This round of financing will be used to accelerate the company's upgrade of the AI + large molecule innovative drug development technology platform and commercialization layout.

After 9 years of technological breakthroughs and commercial practice, ABLINK's fully synthetic library technology, which achieves 100% multi-site mutation and directed mutation control, has reached a globally leading position in the industry. This is a technical approach that performs high-throughput mutations on multiple sites simultaneously and is commonly used in antibody library synthesis. In this process, it is typically necessary to simultaneously mutate 3 to 6 of the 6 CDR regions of an antibody to ensure sufficient diversity for obtaining highly druggable antibodies. This technology was initially developed by Genentech, and the ABLINK scientific team achieved two decisive technological breakthroughs based on it. The first breakthrough increased single-site mutation efficiency from 60% to 100%, and the second breakthrough achieved 100% multi-site mutation. After these two technological advancements, the efficiency of library construction and the diversity of the libraries were greatly enhanced. Currently, in terms of library construction efficiency, ABLINK can build a synthetic library of 10^11 within just 2 weeks, whereas traditional methods often require more than 3 months. In terms of library quality and screening quality, the 100% multi-site mutation technology ensures that the constructed library perfectly matches the design requirements, truly achieving "what you see is what you get."


By the end of 2024, ABLINK has completed a total ofMore than 300 CRO services for innovative antibody drug developmentDrug screening success rate as high as 95%, during which several high-difficulty antibody discovery and modification projects were completed. Clients include leading domestic and international pharmaceutical companies and institutions such as Hengrui, Junshi, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals, Huahai, Entropy Bio, Taiwan Apexigen, Shenzhen Bay Lab, and Tongyuan Kang Bio. Among these, 20+ service projects have entered the clinical stage, over 10 projects have been licensed for transfer, and multiple collaborative projects have achieved milestone results.
