RiboBio Secures CSRC Filing for Hong Kong IPO and Domestic Share "Full Circulation"

Gelonghui October 24 | The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Suzhou Ribo Life Science Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" of unlisted shares in China. The company's 67 shareholders plan to convert a total of 134,203,110 unlisted shares in China into overseas listed shares, which will be listed and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
