GSK Acquires Global Exclusive Rights to Syndivia's Preclinical Antibody-Drug Conjugate for Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

French Biotech Company Syndivia and GSK Announce Agreement on October 27 to Grant GSK Exclusive Global Rights to Develop and Commercialize Preclinical Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) Product for Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

Under the terms of the agreement, Syndivia will receive an upfront payment, as well as success-based payments tied to R&D progress and commercial milestones, with a total potential value of up to £268 million. The company will also receive tiered royalties on future global product sales. GSK will take full responsibility for the development, manufacturing, and global commercialization of the antibody-drug conjugate program.
