During the event, Ping Lichuan, CEO of Singular Medical, represented the National Innovation Center for High-Performance Medical Devices Arrhythmia Device R&D Base.Release of Five Core R&D Tasks:
▶Clinical Research:Build a CIED remote follow-up data system and develop digital therapies for specific conditions such as atrial fibrillation, stroke, and heart failure based on remote monitoring.
▶ Standard Establishment:Promote the formulation of key clinical standards such as MRI compatibility for implantable ECG products, targeted drug release from leads, and long-term reliability;
▶ProductR&D:Focus on developing intelligent medical devices such as dedicated chips for heart failure monitoring based on AI accelerators;
▶ Industrialization Research:Breakthrough in key materials and components such as domestically produced high-performance ceramic feedthroughs, titanium alloy housings, long-term implantable silicone, PEEK material, high-voltage batteries, and capacitors;
▶Frontier Exploration:Initiate preliminary research on next-generation technologies such as nanoscale ceramic-polymer composite coating conductors.

As an important layout of the National Innovation Center for High-Performance Medical Devices in the field of arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment devices, this research base aims to build a "government-industry-academia-research-clinical application" collaborative innovation platform. Relying on the scientific research strength of Nanjing University and the clinical resources of Gulou Hospital, it will unite multidisciplinary teams and corporate forces to jointly tackle key technologies in arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment devices, enhancing China's independent research and development capabilities and international competitiveness in high-end cardiac rhythm management equipment.

Singular Medical is a hard-tech enterprise deeply engaged in the cardiac rhythm management (CRM) field, with a product layout covering the entire process of "prevention-diagnosis-treatment-management."
