According to the working rules previously issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Advisory Committee consists of 40 to 60 members, including authoritative experts in technological innovation industries, well-known entrepreneurs, and senior investment experts. Different advisory groups are established within the Advisory Committee based on relevance to the technological innovation industry.

Notably, the composition of the new session of the advisory committee is more diverse, covering areas from key core technologies to emerging frontiers, demonstrating a continued focus on the layout of future industries and the innovation ecosystem.
