Summary

CD37 is an important potential therapeutic target for AML. Several antibody drugs have advanced to the clinical stage previously, but no breakthroughs were achieved, including AbbVie’s introduction of Genmab's CD37 bispecific antibody. Apart from Daiichi Sankyo, Heidelberg's CD37 ADC is in the dose escalation phase of Phase I clinical trials, but its development has been put on hold as they seek partnerships.
