➤ Revenue in the third quarter of 2025 increased by 54% year-over-year to reach $17.6 billion, primarily driven by the sales growth of tirzepatide.


➤ In the third quarter of 2025, based on reported financial data, earnings per share (EPS) increased from $5.14 to $6.21; on a non-GAAP adjusted basis, earnings per share grew from $5.84 to $7.02.


➤ Full-year 2025 revenue guidance raised to $63 billion–$63.5 billion range; Earnings Per Share (EPS) guidance increased to $21.80–$22.50 range, and Non-GAAP adjusted EPS guidance raised to $23.00–$23.70 range.


➤ Pipeline Progress: Orforglipron Achieves Positive Results in Four Phase 3 Clinical Trials for Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity, with Plans to Submit Obesity Indication Applications to Global Regulatory Authorities Within the Year.
