Jinhai Medical Technology (02225) Subsidiary Enters Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Medtronic Changzhou to Promote Real-Time Navigation-Assisted Spinal Endoscopy Technology in China

Intelligent Finance APP News, Jinhai Medical Technology (02225) announced that on November 6, 2025, Jinhai Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Jinhai Shanghai), an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Medtronic Changzhou Medical Device Co., Ltd. (Medtronic Changzhou), an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Medtronic, regarding the promotion of real-time navigation and tracking spinal endoscopy technology for clinical applications in China.

According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the contracting parties will seek to (1) develop an integrated navigation spinal endoscopy solution that is domestically leading and internationally advanced based on clinical needs; (2) invest resources in organizing domestic and international academic exchange activities to promote clinical academic exchanges and technological advancements of real-time navigation tracking spinal endoscopy technology in China; (3) mutually provide navigation spinal endoscopy prototypes for clinical demonstrations, training, and marketing activities to support the testing and evaluation of real-time navigation tracking spinal endoscopy technology.
