On November 7, at the 8th China International Import Expo 2025, multiple pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers showcased several heavyweight new products, including many global debuts and first-time unveilings.

Johnson & Johnson: 3 Heavyweight Products"China's First Exhibition"

Johnson & Johnson's exhibition area spans medical technology and innovative pharmaceuticals, with two key products featured in the medical technology exhibits.

At this year's CIIE, Johnson & Johnson is showcasing three new products in the innovative drug sector that have yet to be approved for marketing in China, all of which are making their "China debut."IncludingThe World's First Subcutaneous Injection EGFR/MET Bispecific Antibody: Amivantamab Injection, used forNicalimab for the Treatment of Generalized Myasthenia GravisInjection, and forINLEXZO for Bladder Cancer Treatment

NicalimabThe injectable solution is an FcRn antibody under research that Johnson & Johnson acquired through the purchase of Momenta Pharmaceuticals. It submitted a marketing application to the National Medical Products Administration in April this year and has been included in the priority review. This product is the first approved biologic product in China to undergo segmented production pilot, with the drug substance produced domestically and the formulation and packaging completed overseas.

INLEXZOIt is regarded as a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of drug delivery for the urinary system. According to Johnson & Johnson, compared with the method of delivering gemcitabine to the bladder via catheter insertion, this product uses intravesical administration, which can achieve lasting complete remission and is expected to reduce the risk of tumor recurrence and progression. At the same time, its localized drug delivery method significantly reduces the systemic exposure of gemcitabine, greatly decreases the dosage compared with intravesical gemcitabine infusion, and due to the indwelling characteristics of the product, it can minimize the frequency of catheter insertion. In September this year, INLEXZO received approval from the U.S. FDA for marketing.

At this year's CIIE, Johnson & Johnson will unveil several innovative products in the cardiovascular field, including the "Asian debut" of the CEREGLIDE 71 Distal Access Catheter and the "China debut" of the OMNYPULS Single-Use Basket-Type Pressure Monitoring Pulsed Field Ablation Catheter.

In addition, Johnson & Johnson will showcase multiple products in the fields of eye health and orthopedics at this year's CIIE.
