The 40th Annual Meeting of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC 2025) is a highly influential international academic conference in the field of cancer immunotherapy. SITC 2025 was held from November 5 to 9 in Washington, D.C., USA. As the "barometer" of the global cancer immunotherapy field, this conference focused on next-generation technological breakthroughs in cell therapy, optimization of combination strategies for solid tumor immunotherapy, biomarker-guided precision treatment strategies, and more.Deciphering the Innovative Mechanisms of Immune ResistanceCore issues such as these were discussed. This conference attracted global researchers, clinicians, regulatory agencies, and industry representatives to explore the frontiers, with international giants like Amgen, Merck & Co., and Roche all in attendance. Early breakthrough data on immunotherapy for multiple cancer types were presented, further driving the clinical translation and industry development of global cancer immunotherapy.

In June 2025, CDE released the "Technical Guiding Principles for Model-Informed Drug Development for Rare Diseases," incorporating organoids and organ-on-a-chip into the sources of quantitative pharmacology data.
In October 2025, Qureator secured FDA IND approval for SillaJen using vTIME human vascularized organoid data, achieving the world's first "animal-free" approval for a novel cancer drug.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has also launched the "Microphysiological Systems Certification Pilot," planning to accept the first batch of applications starting in 2026.
At this meeting,Johnson&Johnson、AstraZenecaInternational pharmaceutical companies such asDaxiangThe organoid-on-a-chip technology has attracted strong interest. Seizing this opportunity, Daxiang has also gained deep insights into the global technological evolution and regulatory trends. In the future, weDaxiangWill continue to develop and iterate organoid models, align with international standards, and set sail overseas, empowering basic and translational research in tumor immunotherapy.
