Shanghai, November 12, 2025 /PR Newswire/ -- Recently, Novartis announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Tourmaline Bio, Inc. ("Tourmaline"). With the completion of the acquisition, Tourmaline's common stock (par value of $0.0001 per share, hereinafter referred to as "shares") has ceased trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, and Tourmaline is now an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Novartis.
