This unique R&D model has been fully validated in the clinical research of Evergreen Therapeutics' core pipeline.On October 26, Evergreen Therapeutics announced the breakthrough results of the Phase II clinical study of its pipeline drug EG-501.The drug is used to treat cognitive impairment caused by neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE). Studies have shown that the improvement in the total score of the RBANS (Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status) in the EG-501 group was significantly better than that in the placebo group. The success of the Phase II clinical trial not only demonstrated the potential of EG-501 as the first therapy for cognitive impairment in NPSLE, but also completed the full closed loop from prediction to clinical validation on the platform, providing the industry with a scalable and repeatable drug development paradigm.
