The Cooperation PlanDevelopmentUp to four first-in-class therapies targeting hematologic malignancies and solid tumors globally.According to the agreement,GSK will obtain exclusive priority to develop and commercialize these preclinical therapies globally.LTZ TherapeuticsWillReceived a prepayment of 50 million US dollars,And is eligible for subsequent milestone payments and a certain percentage of sales dividends.

LTZ Therapeutics' MCE platform activates innate receptors on myeloid cells after binding to target-associated antigens (TAA) on target cells, thereby enabling phagocytosis and potent depletion of the targeted cells. The platform boasts four key highlights:
(1) In the presence of target cells, the platform activates myeloid cells to perform phagocytosis with minimal release of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Thus, it ensures safety while effectively depleting target cells.
(2) This platform is a universal platform capable of potently engulfing target cells expressing different TAAs.
(3) The Fc region of the antibody is engineered to enhance Fcy receptor function, achieving dual activation of myeloid cells and NK cells.
(4) This antibody has been engineered to enhance stability, antibody titer, and reduce structural heterogeneity. Therefore, it is optimized to improve CMC performance and developability.
In addition, unlike TCE, MCE kills target cells by recruiting myeloid cells, which are more prevalent in tumor tissues. Moreover, MCE exhibits a better safety profile in terms of cytokine release compared to TCE, showing great potential for expansion into the autoimmune field.
