Harbour BioMed-B (02142) and AstraZeneca Amend Collaboration Agreement to Expand Scope into Next-Generation Biotherapeutics

Intelligent Finance APP reported that Harbour BioMed-B (02142) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Harbour BioMed (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Harbour Shanghai), entered into a collaboration, option, and license agreement with AstraZeneca PLC (AstraZeneca). On November 24, 2025, following the revised collaboration agreement between Harbour Shanghai and AstraZeneca, the scope of cooperation between the parties was further expanded. The aim is to combine the expertise of both companies to jointly discover and develop next-generation biotherapies, including Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) and T-cell engagers. The financial terms remain consistent with the financial framework established under the collaboration agreement.
