Storms posted on LinkedIn that she will leave this medical technology giant after working for 18 years.

This resignation comes as Johnson & Johnson plans to split its subsidiaries.DePuy Synthes Orthopedics Business: The company announced this decision last month. Johnson & Johnson stated that the spin-off aims to enhance the strategic and operational focus of each company while increasing shareholder value. (Tim, Executive Vice President of Johnson & Johnson Medical Technology and Global Chairman·Schmid talked about this decision last month at the DeviceTalks West conference.)


According toAccording to her LinkedIn profile, Storms' career began at Johnson & Johnson, where she served as the Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing for its Noramco active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturing division, which was eventually sold in 2016. In 2013, she became the Senior Marketing Director for Central Nervous System (CNS) at the company's Janssen division.


Storms then joined Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, where she held multiple vice president positions for three years before transitioning to the company's medical technology division. She successively served as Vice President of Surgical Sales, President of Surgical Sales, andAssumed the position of Orthopedics President in 2023.
