Executive Evaluation

"We are deeply grateful for the continued support from the European Investment Bank and existing investors, and we are proud of the confidence they have shown in Xeltis at this critical juncture. The pivotal trial of aXess in the EU has yielded extraordinary data, and with this financing, we now have both validation and resources to move towards commercialization. We plan to expand our production facilities and hire key personnel to bring aXess to market, revolutionizing vascular access treatment for hemodialysis patients."

---Eliane Schutte  CEO of Xeltis

European Investment Bankis an important partner of Xeltis. We sincerely thank them for their continuous support. The current development momentum is rapid,European Investment Bank"The commitment and continued support from existing investors have laid a solid foundation for Xeltis to firmly advance towards commercialization."

---Alexander Goemans  CFO of Xeltis

This round of financing closely follows XeltisRelease of Key Clinical Trial Data for ltis in the EU (see specifics ataXess: One-Year Patency Rate of Regenerative Artificial Blood Vessel is 100%). This studyEvaluation of the patency, safety, and performance of the dialysis artificial vessel aXess in end-stage renal disease patients requiring vascular access for initiation or maintenance of hemodialysis treatment has achieved outstanding results. The study successfully met its primary endpoint, demonstrating superior sustained patency rates and significant improvements across all key metrics compared to standard therapy, such as reduced infection rates and fewer interventions. The pivotal trial of aXess in the United States is also proceeding smoothly towards pre-market approval, with interim data expected to be released in 2026.

The funds will also be used to advance Xeltis' broader pipeline of transformative implants. These products are all developed based on the company's proprietary Endogenous Tissue Restoration (ETR) platform technology, which incorporates the Nobel Prize-winning PFAS-free polymer breakthrough. The company's second clinical product for coronary artery bypass grafting...Products Under DevelopmentXABG, has shown extremely positive 24-month follow-up results, with effects unprecedented in artificial bypass surgery catheters. Xeltis in otherThe R&D pipeline for indications has also made significant progress.

Xeltis Product Line
Xeltis has three major product lines, including dialysis artificial blood vessels.aXIn addition to ESS and coronary artery bypass grafting with artificial blood vessels (XABG), there is another product.Absorbable Pulmonary Valve----Xeltis PV, all three products are currently in clinical trials. In addition, the aortic valve is also under development.
