PatSight is an AI patent data mining tool independently developed by XtalPi. Integrated with large language models, OCR, molecular graph recognition, and other technologies, it can automatically extract key information such as compound numbers, structures, and activity values from patents. It also supports importing this data into its MolValley platform for SAR analysis. Its core functions include one-click parsing of global pharmaceutical patent data, automatic integration of structural and activity data, and high-precision molecular structure recognition. It supports high-frequency fragment analysis for rapid identification of key molecules, molecular property calculations, and ADMET property predictions. In terms of efficiency, PatSight can reduce the traditional manual literature extraction time from several days or weeks to 1 hour, with an accuracy rate of 95%-97% for compound and activity data recognition, significantly shortening the R&D cycle.
