MIRXES-B(02629) announced that the company has recently entered intoXtalPi HoldingsXtalPi Holdings Limited (XtalPi) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), under which both parties agreed to integrate the company’s core strengths in genomics technology and its extensive disease database centered on the Asian population with XtalPi's leading AI + robotics drug discovery and research platform. The collaboration aims to focus on the early detection and intervention of cancers with high incidence in Asia, particularly gastrointestinal cancers, by jointly building an AI-powered, innovative "integration of diagnosis and treatment" research and industrialization platform that combines diagnostics and therapeutics to co-develop early diagnosis and early treatment solutions. The MOU becomes effective from the date of signing and remains valid for two years from the date of execution.
The collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding aligns with the long-term goals of the company and XtalPi to advance early detection and early intervention, helping everyone lead a healthy life. It signifies an important expansion for the company from early detection into early intervention and precision medicine. By leveraging the complementary strengths of the company and XtalPi, this partnership will create synergies that combine the company’s high-quality cancer biomics data accumulated over the years, its resources built in the field of cancer diagnostics, and its operational advantages in the Asia-Pacific region, along with XtalPi's AI drug discovery platform honed through years of dedication to the biopharmaceutical industry, its R&D experience in drug development/consumer health, and its capabilities in collecting, cleaning, and developing big data in biomedicine. Together, they will research and industrialize an AI-powered, innovative solution for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancers prevalent in Asia, particularly gastrointestinal cancers.
