Case Brief
The patient in this surgery was a 63-year-old male with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Based on preoperative examinations, the AccuPulse adjustable 20-25mm circular diameter cardiac pulse ablation catheter was used for ablation. The total duration of the surgery was 81 minutes, with pulmonary vein isolation achieved in 15 minutes and a total discharge time of 8.75 seconds. The procedure went smoothly, successfully achieving 100% immediate pulmonary vein isolation. The patient recovered well post-surgery.
