On December 11, Syneron Bio, a macrocycle peptide drug R&D company, announced that it had successively completed nearly US$100 million in Series A and Series A+ financing. This round of financing was led by AstraZeneca, Wuxi AstraZeneca CICC Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), and a top-tier healthcare fund. Participating investors included Pfizer Biotech Development Investment Fund, GL Ventures (Zhuhai Gaoling Private Fund Management Co., Ltd.), Morningside Ventures, Beijing Hulian Innovation Works Investment Management Limited, Legend Capital, Zhuhai Gree Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and KHK FUND.
