Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692.HK) Enters into Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Glenmark for Aumolertinib

Hansoh Pharma(03692) announced that on December 16, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (Licensor), entered into an exclusive license, collaboration, and distribution agreement (License Agreement) with Glenmark Specialty S.A. (Licensee) for Almonertinib. Almonertinib is a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

According to the license agreement, the licensor will grant the licensee an exclusive license to develop and commercialize Aumetinib in the authorized regions (Middle East and Africa, Southeast Asia and South Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Russia and other CIS countries, as well as certain specific Caribbean countries covered by the agreement). The licensor will receive an upfront payment and subsequent regulatory and commercial milestone payments that may cumulatively exceed one billion US dollars, as well as tiered royalties on net sales within the authorized region.
