Announcement from VISHEE (688580.SH): To optimize asset structure, improve resource allocation efficiency, and enhance fund liquidity, the company plans to dispose of its current headquarters assets—namely, the building and ancillary facilities located at Building 9, No. 19 Ning Shuang Road, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing. After negotiations with the transferee, Jiangsu Yunzhihui Venture Capital Co., Ltd., the total tax-inclusive transfer price has been set at 119 million yuan.
