On August 6, Xingxiangyuan and VoxelTech signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou. The two parties will engage in deep collaboration on the application of artificial intelligence in health management and medical services, committing to delivering new products and services in areas such as intelligent personalized health intervention plans, smart online tiered diagnosis and treatment, and big data analytics for health.

 

What Xingxiangyuan is currently known for is its full-lifecycle health management system, built upon a physician co-creation platform. This system includes specialized service segments such as maternal and infant health management, premium health management, and chronic disease health management. Its service offerings encompass family physician services, daily consultations and health guidance, routine dynamic health monitoring, follow-up tracking and records, medical care assurance, disease management, preventive care for pre-clinical conditions, tiered diagnosis and treatment, and real estate-integrated wellness and elderly care amenities.

VoxelCloud, a unicorn in the field of AI-driven healthcare, is dedicated to providing precise, personalized medical diagnostic services based on deep learning. It aims to make precise diagnosis readily accessible by leveraging artificial intelligence to create human-AI collaborative workflows for medical image analysis. Within a three-month period, VoxelCloud secured tens of millions of dollars in investment led by Sequoia Capital, as well as RMB 100 million from Tencent. The company has already developed several products tailored for clinical scenarios in hospitals, health examination centers, and physician groups, covering areas such as cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and ophthalmic conditions. The combination of these two companies further enhances their collective ability to help users, suppliers, and other stakeholders optimize health outcomes.

Under the agreement, Xingxiangyuan and Tisu Technology will also deepen their collaboration in health big data. They will gradually integrate customer electronic health record (EHR) data and AI technologies from both parties, leveraging big data mining techniques to research and apply insights into disease incidence trends, changes in healthcare-seeking behavior, and product/service pricing, thereby delivering more refined services to a broader patient population.
